Pasta Recipe du Ted
This works best with angel hair but feel free to use
whatever delicious noodle makes you happy.
INGREDIENTS:
fresh garlic cloves, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper, unsalted butter, red wine,
chili powder, lemon pepper, and maybe oregano
Feel free to experiment and add whatever else sounds groovy.
I'm NOT going to tell you how much of each to put in. That's the beauty of this recipe. You simply go by feel. Kooky, huh?
You can mix these any way you like but I always start with letting the garlic brown a little in the olive oil. Basil and/or tomatoes find their way in next, but after that it's usually a free-for-all. The key, in my opinion, is to let it simmer for at least an hour. That's when you go have some vino, mingle with your guest(s), prepare the atmosphere, chop some salad, or maybe work on the latest chaper of your novel. Your choice.
That's it! It's more a blueprint than a recipe, but hey, isn't that what life is really? a blueprint? Now go make something tasty.

SCHEDULE: I shoot 7 days a week. I work with natural light so I book based on available light. This changes during the year. I can shoot with traditional studio lighting but it hurts my soul so please be careful if requesting it.
PLAN YOUR SHOOT: Come prepared. The more you know what you want the better. Take a moment to look at my photo galleries. Bring anything you need for a better shoot. The idea is to look good and be yourself on camera.
HAIR & MAKEUP: Hair and makeup is your call. I've listed good makeup artists, you can provide your own makeup artist, or do your own makeup.
PAYMENT INFO: A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payable by check or PayPal is required for all photo appointments ($50 for Starving Artists). Bring the remainder of your payment in cash or money order to the shoot.
RE-SHOOT POLICY: Unless specifically shooting to correct a technical error by me re-shoots are available at a rate of $50 per hour.
DIRECTIONS: I'm in the tranquil city of Smyrna just off 285 and Paces Ferry Road. Youll get detailed directions when you book your appointment.
PRINTING: I recommend The Pixel Pusher ( www.thepixelpusher.biz ). Located just a few blocks off Northside Drive near midtown - theyre nice, fast, inexpensive, do good work, and make you look oh-so good.
